Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
