This amazingly maintained Beach Home, is going into its fourth season on the market as a vacation rental. Our home has a sizable living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a one half bathroom.

The home is located on the west end of Holden Beach, on a modest dead end road, which is steps away from the beach. Enter our home up from the front steps and you will walk into the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. Off the main living space is the Primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath; there is also a half bathroom and laundry room on same floor.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. First bedroom has a Bunk bed and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, both areas are split with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to exit onto the upper deck.

The backyard has a golf course, a 13x 26 pool, lounge area and grille. We hope you and your family will appreciate our home as much as we do.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
