Appreciate this centrally-located home. A 10 min drive to Wrightsville Beach and 14 min drive to downtown. This home is next to a golf course so if you golf, bring your clubs! This is a completely refreshed home with new HVAC and a whole home air purifier (Reme Halo). Each bedroom has all white sheets for added sanitation. The Kitchen is entirely equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a screened in porch and outdoor fire pit to relax and savor.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
