The primary bedroom will have a king bed; the second bedroom with a queen. The upstairs loft has one bunk with a double on bottom and twin on top and a memory foam sleeper couch with its own half bath ideal for the kiddos. Appreciate sitting on the loft deck or the main deck off the living space and appreciating the ocean breeze. Being within walking distance to the beach access and the BHI club this villa is the ideal family vacation. Bald Head Island Club lifestyle membership is available for separate purchase.

When to visit Bald Head Island & When to book:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Wilmington, NC area. To find the best value, try changing your family's Wilmington, NC vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
