Appreciate features such as central heat & air, 2 dishwashers, microwave, disposal, 3 fridges, 2 full size washers & dryers, 9 cable TV's, including a 60" flat screen set, DVD player, wireless internet, 2 outdoor enclosed showers, private pool which can be heated w/ surcharge, covered porches, sun deck. This is a very sizable, well maintained, fresh home, with private walkway to beach. There is an elevator to take guests from the parking level to the first floor.

There is a $650 cleaning fee. There is a $200 linen fee that includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 28.
