Unwind with the whole family (including fido!) at this peaceful place to stay. Centrally located between downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Huge private yard and striking tidal creek with gorgeous sunset vistas. Covered front porch and back deck that features outdoor dining space and BBQ. Enormous kitchen, roomy bedrooms. Breezy, beach-inspired decor. Dennis and I live next door at 203 Savoy Circle, the yellow home to the right. We will not visit or interrupt your vacation in any way, but are happy to help with anything you may need! House is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood

  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
