**PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the max. occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the max. occupancy at a property is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction. RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property. Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring cars that exceed the max. number of cars allowed at a property OR for upsized cars that are not compatible with a property.

Absolutely no events (weddings, receptions, get-togethers) or any other sizable gatherings are allowed at this home. Smoking is prohibited at all Carolina Beach Realty properties.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Booking websites often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
