****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Finding your perfect rental:

• Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property management company before you book the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your family.
• Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs applied to your invoice.

• Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a fantastic time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
