Home on a peaceful street with friendly neighbors right in the center of it all. Downtown Wilmington is located on the Cape Fear River, has great eateries and a lively music scene in the summer. There are two main beaches within 15-20 mins.. Each beach has a different flavor. Open floorplan downstairs between kitchen and great room. Office space just off the entry has a stand up desk with auxiliary monitor and printer available for use. We also have a fenced in backyard for kids to safely play.

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Battleship North Carolina, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
