The great room of this immaculate bungalow is accented by the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, comfortable seating options, a sizable family style dining table, and cheery pops of color. Upstairs is a darling guest room that is ideal for kids. Furnished with two queen beds, this nautical room is sure to inspire a feeling of wonder and magic. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, both furnished with lush king-sized feather beds that pull you in and let your cares float away. There is a full bathroom with walk in shower and dual sinks that are shared by these rooms. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you could need to make a family meal – it even includes a Margaritaville margarita machine because it is always 5 o’clock at the “Sand Crab Cottage”! Savor cooking on the gas range or grilling out and eating at the shaded picnic table.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the toy shed. Whether you want to body board in the surf, pack a beach cooler with ice and cold drinks, play a game of cornhole, or go for a bicycle ride around the island you are sure to find fun here. Occupancy: Strict limit of 6 people per reservation. All occupants must be disclosed as household amenities and linens are supplied per person.
Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen.
Parking: Driveway can accommodate 3 cars.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee. min. of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, SMOKING anywhere on premises, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
