Summary:
Amazing 2nd floor oceanfront condo located in the Sea Colony! Ideal for modest family or a couples hideaway getaway. SeaGrace is centrally located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away!
Savor the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic on your comfortable patio also savor the community pool!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Located in the heart of Carolina Beach with a mix of full time residents and visitors.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condominium

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
This condo is on the 2nd floor and please make sure parking pass is visible. The HOA only gives us 1 parking pass

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Sticking to your budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To find the best rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Wilmington, NC restaurants, tours, and activities.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
