Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Seagull Suite 205 is located on the second floor in the middle of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
