This handsome four-bedroom home is in a great location!! It is located on the second row beachfront at a public beach access and a public sound access. It is two blocks from the town center. You can savor an simple walk to multiple eateries and stores.

The condo was entirely remodeled in 2014-2015. Our family lived in the condo from 2018-2020, and did further updates.

The first floor has a family room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 decks with ocean vistas. There is parking for 4 cars in the carport.

Please come and appreciate South Lumina Escape. We take reservations all year, but during the summer months we have a seven nighttime minimum. You can rent from a Friday to Friday during the summer months. During the off season, reservations are very flexible, but require a 3 nighttime minimum.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is near the beach. Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Aussie Island Surf Shop and South End Surf Shop. Cape Fear Paddleboarding and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
