With peek-a-boo ocean vistas and a walkable location roughly 180 feet from the beach, this bright duplex home is any beach lover's heaven. appreciate the vista from the 4 private balconies. Recently remodeled to include all new luxury floor. Linens, Toiletries and Bath/Beach towels supplied!

Great space for multiple families and guests to savor with over 3000 sq/ft. Have made some great cosmetic updates with a game room on the 3rd floor!

Our unit does not allow any type of events or enormous gatherings. Most units on the island enforce the same rule due to insurance requirements. Parking is limited up to 4-5 spaces depending on car size.
