This suite is located on the fourth floor with a private balcony overlooking Banks Channel. All condos are elegantly decorated according to our high standards of both comfort and practicality. Two T.V.s are supplied for viewing in both the bedroom and the living area. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy-style queen-size bed in the living room that accepts for a flexible sleeping arrangement in the suite. The interior of the refreshed condo features all the amenities of home. The completely equipped kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are included for cooking simple meals. There is a Keurig coffee pot and an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is the ideal location as it is within walking distance to shopping, a wide range of eateries for dining out, and a local grocery store. Once you are here, you can park your car and relax. There is a guest laundry facility located on our second floor.

PARKING at Summer Sands is VERY RESTRICTED. There are parking spaces sufficient to allow ONE car per unit. One parking pass will be issued for the unit. No additional passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars will need to park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI and linens, including all linens + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Find your perfect rental:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Wilmington, NC vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
