Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Wilmington, NC area. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance.
