Just over a mile from historic downtown Wilmington and within one-half block of a coffeeshop, breakfast spot, and other stores, you’ll find this modern, light-filled home, boasting all the comfort and convenience you need on your next hideaway. Spend the day exploring Wilmington Riverwalk, historical homes, gardens and museums downtown, or get acquainted with history at the Battleship North Carolina, around three miles away. If a beach day is in store, Wrightsville Beach is under nine miles away and Carolina Beach is around 15 miles away.
