All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Enormous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC.   • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Have a fantastic stay:

  • Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • At Check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
