We are located in the historic part of downtown Wilmington NC. You will find many historic buildings and waterfront attractions around us. You are steps from local businesses, other AirBnB's, and residences. The neighborhood around us is historic homes mainly from the 1800's. You'll appreciate wondering around and taking in the history.
Our location is very walkable and you can effortlessly savor the area without a car and an occasional Uber/Lyft ride. We do provide one car parking space 2 blocks away for our guests. During peak times complimentary parking is limited, so expect parking meter or lot costs for additional cars. The city itself has walkable amenities starting from 500 feet from our condo to 2 miles radius.

  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
