~We are located on the coast and adverse weather is sometimes a factor , Please understand we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions we will give you a credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is June 1st thru November 30 please make a note of this when booking.

~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, modest bars of handsoap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under current trash bag in can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.

~By booking this condo you agree to all the covid rules and restrictions put in place. If you have any questions concerning the rules and restrictions please message before requesting to book. Booking constitutes acceptance of said covid rules and restrictions.

~Comes with a Parking pass for complimentary offsite parking for 1 car, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.
