Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, and master with another full bath. Just down the street from Commons Park, and with a private dock in the community leading to marsh access for fishing & crabbing, this is the ideal place for a calming hideaway on Bald Head Island! A 6 passenger golf cart is supplied in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club & Shoals Club is available for separate purchase to appreciate private pool access, dining, and pretty East Beach! • June, July, and August are high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the best value, try shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
