Unwind in a two-story duplex newly constructed in 2020. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths

The living room, kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed with a trundle bed and a workspace.

Outdoor space includes a balcony and an enclosed backyard.

The unit is located in a residential area six blocks (10-15 min. walk) from the beach.

Driveway parking for two cars.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing.
