Make your way over to The Mullet or American Fish Company for local beer and craft beverages on the water. There are also some other spots like Southport Tap Room and the Tiki Tavern. The Village Marina is a gorgeous coastal neighborhood right beside the intercoastal waterway. The townhome includes 2 parking spaces.

Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 2 nightstands/lamps, desk/desk chair, dresser and mirror. Downstairs bathroom is updated with a walk in shower that includes shampoo, shower gel, towels, wash cloths, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a king, 2 nightstands/lamps, and dresser.
