Our peaceful, shining-clean, and freshly refreshed condo is just steps from the beach and pool—ideal for a calming hideaway. With a exceptional location across from the beach, and just a short walk to Freeman Park, there’s always something to do! Take a fast walk to the North Pier, where you can savor a delicious burger or invigorating drink at High Tide Parlor.

Beach Access Update:
The Sea Oats Lane beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion repairs. But no worries! You have two close by access points:
- Salt Marsh Beach Access (to the north)
- Sand Fiddler Lane Access (to the south)
Both are just 0.1 miles away—about a 3-min. walk from your front door to the sand!

  • Walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
