This freshly painted home features a roomy open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include wood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a huge table, cavernous living room with a 50” flat-screen TV and DirecTV. The enormous master bedroom includes a private deck and a hottub tub in the master bath. Outdoors, the home has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grille, and a sizable enclosed garage.
