Private beach access is located directly across the street from the home.

A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing-off after pool sessions and trips to the beach. There is an additional refrigerator downstairs in the storage room available to guests.

The raised, two-story interior comes completely furnished for family-friendly comfort and modern convenience. The open living area showcases recessed ceilings and strong natural lighting designed to offer light and airy ambiance for group gatherings. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped for deluxe meal prep with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and silverware, plus a dishwasher for simple cleanup. There's seating for five at the breakfast bar. The dining table can accommodate up to ten for family style dinner nights.
