Long known as an economical Oceanfront Community, Sea Colony offers one of the most roomy and lush grounds than you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a handsome oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front winow wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will adore spending time on the huge 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the lavish Atlantic Ocean. Savor the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and magnificent landscaping with broad green lawns. The location has painless access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample lighted parking for 2 cars in the parking area requires a completely displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season in order to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

 Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Carolina Beach and Halyburton Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School.
