It offers a queen-size bed and a comfortable pullout couch. Sink into classic traditional furnishings with clean lines and designer colors. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you need to prepare modest meals up to huge Thanksgiving dinners. Kids will appreciate a cabinet full of fun family games. A short trip downstairs takes you directly to the Fork & Cork where you can dine in or relax on their outside patio. Also, directly below is Malama Café which will take care of all your coffee, smoothie, and breakfast needs!

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
Check-out is by 10 AM. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Dogs Only Accepted with Restrictions. Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions. First pet fee is all inclusive. One additional modest dog may be added with additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:
