Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 2 share a Jack & Jill bathroom. 4 of the bedrooms have balcony access and 2 have oceanfront balconies.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a $250 fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees.

Home has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds and 2 Twin beds. Sleeps 14 comfortably with room for cots & sleeping bags for additional sleeping space. Ideal for multi-family or multi generational vacations. Fresh linens are supplied with every stay & will be on the beds when you arrive. No need to spend the first hour of your stay making beds!

Mesh WIFI network with fiber internet provides extraordinary Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home. Master Bedroom has a desk and monitor ideal for remote working or learning.

Keyless entry lock system so there's no need to carry around keys.

***Concierge tent service supplied with a 7 nighttime rental. We will have a tent delivered and set up on the beach for you each morning and taken down for you each afternoon.
