From the amazing location to the modern furnishings and finishes, it's happening at our Stylish River View! The unit is owned and managed by a Superhost, and no details were spared to ensure a alluring stay. We supplied Brooklinen sheets and, plush towels, a King's Down bed made in NC. It also features a balcony, a handsome kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, hip decor throughout, and funky personal touches like our record player with a selection of old and modern vinyls. The living space feels inviting with Ethan Allen leather couch, upholstery, 42" Apple TV with local channels, and a sizable island for dining or working. We are located in the heart of downtown Wilmington - across the street from the Riverwalk, a short walk to wedding venues, the convention center, Brooklyn Arts District, front street shopping, dining, and bar-hopping. If our listing is booked for your desired dates, please check out Stunning River View or Stunning Riverview, located in the same building.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next to the building.

We are located downtown across the street from the river. Once parked in our complimentary reserved parking area 2 short blocks away, walk to dozens of stores, eateries and pubs.
