Welcome to oceanside luxury at our newly constructed beach home. Awaiting your arrival is a wide, welcoming front porch that sets the stage for the extraordinary experiences within this gorgeous 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom haven.

Step through the massive double front doors and immerse yourself in the luminous ship-lapped entryway. To the right, a sun-drenched corner King suite awaits, featuring a modular closet and full bathroom. On the left, another sunlit bedroom featuring double bunk beds with a trundle shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a roomy, light-filled back corner King suite, complete with its own sitting area. Open the doors to discover private spaces like an office that could double as a peaceful space for a little one in a crib. There is also an additional suite—a naturally illuminated Queen enclave with a full en suite bath and an broad dune-facing porch adorned with lounges designed for soaking up both sun and sea breezes.

The lower level also hosts a laundry haven equipped with two washers and two dryers, ensuring convenience for all guests. Ascend to the upper level, where the soaring ceilings and expansive glass back wall showcase mesmerizing Atlantic panoramas. The generously appointed Primary King suite indulges with its chandeliered spa-like en suite and opens onto the home-length partially covered back deck—an ideal vantage point for observing the rhythmic dance of the waves.

The reverse open floor plan maximizes vistas by featuring the living areas on the second floor. It exudes elegance, with decorator touches like the living area's distressed mantel and designer fan. Yet, it's a challenge to resist the call of the outdoors, where a thoughtfully designed conversation space and full dining set beckon. Appreciate meals or snacks al fresco or getaway indoors to the chic dining area. The expansive kitchen island invites socializing with seating for four, accompanied by a sink and ample prep space. The gourmet cookery, suitable for multiple chefs, features stainless appliances, including two fridges and dishwashers, an upsized walk-in pantry, and a bar with an ice maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, discover a convenient powder room and the grille deck with its own high-top seating, chairs, and rockers.

For those seeking an additional layer of privacy, a detached garage homes an additional extravagant King suite with a full bath and a well-equipped kitchenette. The outdoor shower provides a exhilarating conclusion to a day filled with sun, sand, and serenity. Feel the pinnacle of coastal living at this meticulously designed vacation getaway.

Vacation rental home tips:

Finding the best value:

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Wilmington, NC area. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby shops and restaurants.

Choosing the best rental home in the Wilmington, NC area:

  • Select dates and max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. NEW LISTING!! 6 bedrooms, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, lots of custom amenities!! has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is commonly available online. Otherwise, email the property owner before booking the property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is right for your vacation family.
  • Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Looking for special amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Advice for a wonderful stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of difficulties.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
