Take your beach home experience to a new level in this remarkable oceanfront three-story home. It has 10 bedrooms, 8 full baths, and 2 half baths to accommodate 39 guests comfortably. Every bedroom and all common areas have huge Intelligent TVs. Highlights among the broad list of amenities include a heated pool; hot/cold outdoor shower; outdoor kitchen and two gas grilles with cast iron griddle pan inserts; a boiler pot for your fish fry, or low-country boil. Inside, you will find premium appliances in the main kitchen; Sonos surround sound in dual living room areas; 2 PlayStation 5 gaming systems (one in twin bunk room, one in den); drink station; two laundry areas; covered porches and oceanfront decks; and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator is ADA compliant and there are 2 handicap-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms. On-site parking for 8 cars. Appreciate Islander Resort privileges two doors away. For event-related stays, the event capacity is 75 with a separate service charge (please inquire before booking). Please Note: Renters must be 25 years old. Advance notice is needed for pool heat (fee required). Smoking is not allowed in or around the property.

When to visit & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summer time is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To get the best value, try changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
