  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
