Come visit Eight East (Upper Level) where you will find a fresh & clean modernized upper level space that is sure to please! Located on the oceanside of Henderson St., this duplex 1940's bungalow is full of a long line of Wrightsville Beach history and has been transformed into a beachy modern getaway. Location is key being within walking distance of WB's strip of dining & stores as well as just steps to Johnnie Mercer's Pier! The infamous Wrightsville Beach Loop is only a hop skip and a jump away for all of you exercise gurus who want to get your exercise on during your vacay!
Step into the inviting bright & airy family room that is a comfortable space for friends and family to gather. Appreciate a flat screen intelligent TV with cable as well as super comfortable upsized couches to rest on. The Dining & Kitchen areas have it all. The window filled dining area offers a huge farm table to comfortably seat everybody or gather around the cavernous island/bar to dine or just hang! The freshly refreshed kitchen offers everything you will need for dining and cooking while staying with us! Stainless steel appliances, dishes, drinkware, silverware, and all of the cooking silverware you will need are available within the kitchen space. We also keep the cabinets outfitted with your typical cooking necessities, salt & pepper, cooking oils, spices, sugar. During your stay, you have access to a Keurig and coffee pods, sugar and creamer. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Our home will comfortably sleep 6 guests offering 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed, and a pullout couch. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable and device charging station and is decorated with handsome coastal furnishings that will provide a very restful stay. No need to worry yourself with towels or linens, each room comes with its own set of sheets and two sets of newly laundered towels. 8 beach towels will also be supplied. The master bath has a delightfully tiled shower and the guest bathroom offers a shower & tub. You will find each bathroom well supplied with all of the essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner. We also have a washer and dryer that you are welcomed to use.
Last but certainly not least, chill out on our sizable wrap around porch with cozy seating and dining areas. When you come in from the sun & sand, rinse off in our hot/cold outdoor showerhouse! In 2023, we added a handsome outside bar area in the backyard. This space accepts for your own little getaway to sit back, watch TV, and relax!
If there are guests staying downstairs during your stay, this space is available for both levels so make friends and hangout together. There is parking available for two cars in the driveway . Please no parking underneath the home. Feel complimentary to utilize beach chairs/toys/bicycles you find in the downstairs outdoor closet.
PROVIDED: Free High speed WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of bring or renting them separately.
When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. At the end of your stay, we have a modest tidy up checklist but after checkout we have a cleaning service come in to clean the bungalow so you do not have to worry about that! Sorry, but we do not allow family pets or smoking in our home or on the premises.
