Along with full access to the condo, guests will have 2 assigned off-street parking spaces as well as access to the pool (open seasonally), docks for fishing and water sports, and grilles in the common areas. The neighborhood is peaceful, and close to everything with a mix of visitors and year-round residents living in the building and area.
