Over-sized cars may not fit and are the responsibility of the car's owner to find adequate parking if the car does nto fit in the unit's supplied parking space. Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible for finding additional parking for guests who bring more cars than allowed at the property.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
