Stunning oceanfront vacation rental home! This roomy 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom getaway is ideal for a memorable hideaway. Not only does it boast gorgeous ocean vistas, but it also offers convenient amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a laundry/entry room that provides ample storage space with loads of cabinets. This room features a full-size steam LG washer/dryer, a sink, and a second full-size refrigerator/freezer with water and ice maker. You'll also find a double trash pull-out cabinet and a guest storage closet equipped with shelves, a vacuum, ironing board, and iron.

The heart of the home is the phenomenal open kitchen, which is ideal for gathering and entertaining. It comes complete with five counter stools and an 8-seat dining table and chairs. The adjacent family room offers a comfortable leather sectional, a ceiling fan, and a 50" intelligent TV for your entertainment. The kitchen itself is well-appointed with a full-size refrigerator freezer featuring water and ice maker, a huge pantry cabinet with roll-out shelves, a double trash pull-out cabinet, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Additionally, you'll find a Keurig coffee/latte/espresso maker, a regular brew style coffee maker, an air fryer, a hand mixer, a Ninja blender, a 4-slice toaster, an electric tea kettle, an electric mini chopper, and high-quality Circulon cookware.

This home offers two ocean-facing master suites, each featuring a king-size Sterns & Foster bed. The en suite bathrooms in these suites come with double vanities and sizable walk-in showers. You'll find bedside tables with wall sconces, cozy plush linens and pillows, sizable freestanding clothing wardrobes, intelligent TVs, and ceiling fans in these opulent suites.

The other two bedrooms face the street and also offer king-size Sterns & Foster beds. These bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with single vanities and tub/shower combos. You'll find bedside tables, cozy plush linens and pillows, huge closets with bespoke-constructed closet organizers, intelligent TVs, and ceiling fans in these rooms as well.

Step outside onto the additional-enormous 10 x 40 covered porch that overlooks the ocean. Privacy walls on each side ensure a secluded and intimate setting. Here, you can relax on the cozy outdoor sectional or gather around the table for a meal. The porch also features a large dining table with chairs and 11 hooks on the privacy wall for hanging towels, bags, and other beach essentials. Recently added life size connect four and table tennis!

To top it all off, we've supplied a Blackstone Grille, ideal for preparing delicious meals and appreciating outdoor cooking.

Max guest occupancy is 8 including kids of any age. The furnishings, hot water tanks and HVAC is designed to accommodate a max of 8 at all times

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

Your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

**(Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-returnable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.

Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.

While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

Sorry, NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

NO charcoal grilles, fire pits, or deep fryers are allowed on premise.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
