958 square feet, 3 bed, 1 bath , comfortable upper unit of a duplex home with a great porch and in friendly neighborhood that is great for a family get-a-way. Located within 100 feet of neighborhood park, 2 min. walk to Banks Channel, and 5 min. walk to beach access and fishing pier. There is an outdoor shower and backyard patio shared with the lower unit of the home.

Parking is limited to two (2) uncovered gravel spaces to the left of the stairs.
(Please do not park to the right of the stairs due to being reserved for the lower unit.) As for street parking, there is availability; however, the city does charge for street parking during the months of March 1 through October 31.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
