Located only 170 feet from a public beach access, guests to this home are in close proximity to the ocean, along with other locally famed eateries. If you’d rather feast on your catch of the day, The Oak Island Pier is close by as well. Surrounded by the sea, you can lounge in the sunset and appreciate the pretty rays as the ocean sings in the background.

This striking home has three floors equipped with an elevator on the ground, first and second floor to save you the steps. The roomy great room is charmingly decorated and ideal for your event or a simple gathering with family and friends.
