Islands is a new 4Bd/4Ba townhouse constructed with bespoke finishes and handsome yet comfortable coastal decorating throughout. Ideal fit for a family that loves to vacation in style! This property is an simple 4 min. walk to the beach and close to the Ocean Front Grille and Tiki Bar. Centrally located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping!

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
