Savor marvelous oceanfront vistas with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grilles. Parking for 2 cars supplied on open parking lot. No enormous RV type cars or trailers allowed. No family pets allowed. No smoking in unit. This is a non smoking unit.
