The fenced yard in ideal for kids and family pets, and the gas grille makes cooking out a breeze. This home is also equipped with an outdoor elevator, which is ideal for carrying your bags to the home or bypassing the stairs. The outdoor passenger lift has a max. capacity of 750lbs. A peaceful backyard path and walkway leads to a private boat dock complete with a fish cleaning station, and the supplied fishing equipment, canoe, and two kayaks ensure you’ll be able to put both to good use. The enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water is the ideal spot to rinse off after returning from the beach, which is only a brief 2-4 min. car ride away.
