This home features its very own private beach access with a wooden deck running from the back porch to the sand and an additional gathering area in the middle. The outdoor shower is conveniently located on the deck path, where you can rinse the salt and sand right as you exit the beach.

As you getaway indoors you will find an open concept living area outfitted with plenty of seating- a comfortable sectional couch and upsized chair with ottoman- and a sizable flat screen TV with a sound system to appreciate! We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.   • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
