The outdoor shower is conveniently located on the deck path, where you can rinse the salt and sand right as you exit the beach.

As you getaway indoors you will find an open concept living area outfitted with plenty of seating- a comfortable sectional couch and upsized chair with ottoman- and a sizable flat screen TV with a sound system to savor! Turn back toward the ocean and the vistas are countless through the windows. The kitchen is outfitted gorgeously with refreshed stainless steel appliances and completely loaded with everything that you would ever need to prepare your favorite dishes!

A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is supplied in your total rental rate. $175 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet. min. number of family pets allowed is 2.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
