The kitchen island seats four and the dining rooms table seats eight.Two primary bedrooms with king-sized beds and full bathrooms, each outfitted with a enormous, tiled shower.Two bedrooms located in the front of the home are ideal for younger members of your event. Full bathroom in adjoining hallway. Single loft-style single over queen bed in one bedroom. Fourth bedroom has one queen bed.Back porch has comfortable outdoor seating and overlooks the new in ground heated pool. After a day at the beach, head down the back stairs and step onto the soft artificial turf that surrounds the pool, or sunbathe on the sun deck. There is also a calming hangout area in the shade with seating for six, a gas grille and table.Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

Only 2 blocks from the Ocean (3-4 min walk),Fishing Pier, Island Market, Stores and Ice Cream! Kindred Spirit mailbox is located on the west end of the island and is nearly exactly a two mile walk from our front door.4 Bed/ 2 Bath. King Bed in Master- Queen Beds in each additional room, comfortably sleeps 8. Linens are supplied to our guests. Expect to find your bed newly made upon arrival, including 2 bath towels per guest. Plenty of parking and boat parking as well. Very private area just mins. from the beaches, historic Downtown Wilmington and mins. from numerous of our local breweries and parks. Come to A Place At The Beach and you won't want to leave! Welcome to 'A Place at the Beach'. A Luxury Oceanfront, Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. You can smell the ocean air you are so close in this 3rd floor, direct oceanfront unit. The homeowners association does not allow family pets on site, sorry.The photos say it all but I will try to describe some of the best features. Highly charming location, property books quickly during peak season.This is a much sought after 3rd floor unit which makes it a highly beautiful location in a modern building. Please keep in mind there is no elevator in this complex. There are no units above you and you have a great view from the oceanfront balcony. Both the master bedroom and living room open to a handsome oceanfront deck with 3 colorful adirondack chairs. The condo has a central air conditioning system, beach style living room furnishings and a 50' flat screen TV. Complete with air conditioning, which is located on the roof. The unit was freshly refreshed with a complete new Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. The condo is generously decorated with fun beach touches throughout and is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a charming hideaway.This peaceful building has its own private salt water pool surrounded by palm trees. The pool features a fun colorful theme, lounge chairs, picnic tables and sun umbrellas. They try to open the pool around May 1st, but this is dependent upon the weather, please check with owners before your travels. The pool typically closes around October 31, also depending on weather. There are secure rinse-off showers on the ground floor and a coin operated laundry room for your use. Located within the condo are beach fold-up chairs, a cooler, some buckets and shovels, a body board and noodles for the kids; so there is no need to haul all that stuff on top of your car. The condominium is 1/2 mile north of the Boardwalk which features seasonal rides for the kids, many stores and eateries, fireworks on Thursday nights and Sunday movie nighttime at the lake. Just blocks from the condominium is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units.As a mark of quality 50% of our bookings are from repeat guests or referrals.
