A awesome destination, Ocean Isle Beach, features wide sandy beaches, and tons of recreational activities for all. It is a ideal place to savor a week at the beach or a fast get-a-way. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is completely equipped to provide a great vacation experience. It is located in the Starboard By The Sea complex, sits on the sound / marsh side of the island and offers marvelous vistas of sunsets. Savor sitting on our covered deck, with your favorite drink, and watch the sun set! There are a total of 6 beds and the condo will sleep 8 people. We have a queen and double bed in each of the bigger bedrooms plus 2 twin beds in the smaller bedroom. New beds were added in April 2016 and 2017. We do not provide linen and towel service. If needed, contact owner who will provide names of local people who will provide these items. There is a entirely equipped kitchen, central air, washer / dryer, flat screen HDTV, and Wi-Fi.. There is a wall mounted TV in the master and second bedroom. Beach chairs, rafts and fishing equipment are supplied for guests (located in our storage room). Covered ground level parking with space for 2-3 cars is found under our condo. The beach, with private access, is a short 3 min. walk away. There are 3 tennis courts throughout the complex and one of the courts faces our condo. The complex has 3 Swimming pools (with 1 of the swimming pools located on the beach). The swimming pool at the beach has a deck area, with rocking chairs, that overlooks the ocean. We completely remolded our kitchen and both bathrooms in December 2012. We have brand new appliances and state of the art fixtures in the kitchen. The master bath has a shower stall, while the hall bath has a standard tub / shower unit.Ocean Isle is located between Myrtle Beach, SC and historic Wilmington, NC ( a 30-35 min. drive either way). Southport, NC, with its cozy stores is located 35 mins. away. There are over 20 great golf courses within a 20 min. drive and Calabash, the seafood capital of the south, is located 20 mins. away. In addition, there are numerous great eateries (Ocean Isle Fish Co, Sharky's, Pelican's Perch The Isles) on the island. Over the bridge you will find Sugar Shack (great Jamaican food) and Maria's ( Italian Food). Take a short 10-15 ride to Shallotte Point to visit the Inlet Bar and Grille (this place offers vistas of Ocean Isle, Holden Beach, the Intercoastal Waterway, Shallotte River and the Atlantic Ocean!). Ice cream stores, and stores are located on the Island. Also, there is a miniature golf course, plus a fishing pier for your enjoyment. Across the bridge you will find numerous stores, 2 huge supermarkets, fresh seafood, and a motor cart track. Nearby Shallotte has multiple supermarkets, 2 'big box' stores, eateries, and stores.We invite you to appreciate our comfortable condo. Once you do we are sure you'll want to return again and again!

We are located in a neighborhood that is conveniently close to so much of what Wilmington has to offer. Savor the main home with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a phenomenal Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool (not heated). There is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use on the back wall of the sunroom. Across the pool is a studio tiny home that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a modest kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and a couch bed and comfortably sleeps 3. You have full access to both homes except for two closets that are used to store our tools and supplies to upkeep the homes. The double driveway leaves plenty of room to bring a mid-size boat! Each bedroom has 2 queen beds with private bathrooms, both equipped with hair dryers. Central heating and air and laundry area has stackable washer and dryer. Savor the outdoors with two sets of new sliding glass doors that open to a wrap-around patio for outside seating to savor the coastal wildlife and many sea birds that visit the area. There are games, cards, puzzles, board games, crosswords and cornhole game for outdoors, along with accessory pillows and lights. Sheets and towels are included. Please bring beach towels, they are not included. Soap is not supplied. Other than starter rolls of toilet paper and hand soap, we do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms. The kitchen has a starter roll of paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher detergent and new washer and dryer supplied with laundry tabs. The guest is responsible for replenishing these if they run out. Located 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach Island and only mins. away from multiple area golf courses. This area offers the best of everything for a ideal golf/beach/fishing vacation experience. Guests also have access to the community outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room. FISHERMAN AND BOATERS...with the convenience of Sunset Beach complimentary boat ramp 3 mins. away, access to the Intracoastal Waterway could not be any easier. Located on the mainland side of Sunset Beach, the boating access area includes a boat ramp constructed by the Wildlife Resources Commission, a floating dock, breakwaters, a parking area, and a modest public fishing pier. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and toilet paper.Our home will comfortably sleep 12 guests offering 3 king beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 queen beds and two pullout couches. Each bedroom has a intelligent TV and device charging station and is decorated with striking coastal furnishings that will provide a very restful stay. No need to worry yourself with towels or linens, each room comes with its own set of sheets and two sets of freshly laundered towels. 12 beach towels will also be included. The bungalow has 3 full bathrooms. You will find each bathroom well supplied with all of the essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. We also have two sets of washers and dryers that you are welcomed to use.Last but certainly not least, chill out on our sizable wrap around porches with cozy seating and dining areas. In 2023, we added a handsome outside bar located in the back of the bungalow that provides your own little getaway to hangout , watch TV, and relax! When you come in from the sun & sand, rinse off in our hot/cold outdoor showerhouse! There is parking available for 4 cars in the driveway . Please no parking underneath the home. Feel complimentary to utilize beach chairs/toys/bicycles you find in the downstairs outdoor closet. **Access between the Upper and Lower level is utilized by walking outside and using stairs.
